Forward the calls you miss to your Zio number. Your own phone still rings. Forwarding every call is an option, not the setup to start with.
Jump to your phone company:
Use this if the business number is an AT&T cell phone. AT&T's wireless help does not give a star code. You turn forwarding on from the phone itself. Do not dial *67. That blocks caller ID.

Your phone still rings. Zio gets the call when you do not answer, when you are already on a call, or when the phone is off or out of signal.
Your phone will not ring. Callers go straight to Zio.
AT&T says you can change wireless call forwarding only from the phone, not from the website.
AT&T says forwarded wireless calls are billed for the length of the call and can include long-distance or roaming charges.
If this line is an AT&T home phone or an AT&T business phone, use those sections instead. The cell-phone menus do not apply.
Codes can differ by plan. After you save this, call your business number from a different phone and confirm Zio answers. If it does not, turn forwarding off and contact the phone company before you try another code.
Use this if the business number is a Verizon cell phone. From the phone, dial the code and the 10-digit Zio number together.

Set all three. Your phone still rings for calls you can answer. Zio gets the ones you miss, the ones that arrive while you are on a call, and the ones that arrive when the phone is off or has no signal.

Home phones and internet phones do not share one code. Use the company that sends your phone bill. If it is not listed, call them and ask for no-answer and busy forwarding to your Zio number. Do not try a code from a different company.

The recommended setup rings your phone first and sends Zio only the calls you do not answer or cannot take.

A separate AT&T business voice product publishes different busy codes (*62 on, *63 off) in AT&T's feature access code PDF. *67* on that PDF only checks busy-forward status. If you use that product and these codes do not match your guide, call AT&T instead of trying *67.
Codes can differ by plan. After you save this, call your business number from a different phone and confirm Zio answers. If it does not, turn forwarding off and contact the phone company before you try another code.
Business phone systems usually have a missed-call setting. Use that. Forward-all sends every caller away, including the calls you could have answered.

Do not forward a Google Voice number to Zio. Google's own help says forwarding a Google Voice number to an automated system is unsupported.
Recommended
If customers call a cell phone, landline, or business system, forward that number with the matching section above.
If the only number customers call is a Google Voice number, contact Google. Linking a number and waiting for a verification code is not a supported way to send those calls to an automated receptionist.
Nothing to turn off here, because this path is not a supported setup.
If Google Voice is already sending calls somewhere unexpected, sign in at voice.google.com and review Call forwarding under Settings, then Calls.
